Shipping Details

We ship only by the dozen and the minimum order is one dozen. You can order assorted pies, as long as the total number is at least 12. For example, you can order a dozen of beef pies with seven Chicken, three Vegetable, and two Beef & Mushroom.  

Costs and shipping methods provided by Fed Ex are based on a number of factors provided by Fed Ex. Australian Pie Co® contracts with a third party shipping vendor (Fed Ex) to deliver your package. As such Australian Pie Co® can only guarantee that your order will be ready for shipment on our scheduled ship out days. We cannot guarantee the arrival date. Certain circumstances such as weather or address issues can delay the arrival of your package. We will be happy to work with you and Fed Ex to resolve any delays that occur, however, Australian Pie Co® cannot refund any part of your order as a result of shipping delays or incorrect deliveries.

RETURNS POLICY

Due to the nature of our product, we do not accept customer returns or issue refunds. All sales are final. If for some reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, or if there was a problem with the shipping service that we need to be aware of, please contact us within 48 hours upon receipt of your package so that we can make our best effort to resolve the issue.
